4. Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order, including spelling, names, dates, wording, numbers, and other custom information.

Cedar Roots Laser Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If personalization is entered incorrectly and produced as submitted, the order will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless another arrangement has been clearly agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate order information.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is not considered final until payment has been received and the order has been accepted by Cedar Roots Laser Co.

Because many items are custom or made to order, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

7. Shipping and Local Pickup

Some items may be available for shipping, while others are marked as local pickup only. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing carefully before purchase.

If a product is marked local pickup only, shipping will not be available for that item.

For shipped orders, Cedar Roots Laser Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Cedar Roots Laser Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on season, order volume, customization requests, and product type. Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated in writing.

During holidays, market season, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

Expedited Orders: Understand that Cedar Roots Laser Co is a small business run by one individual. If you are needing an order within 7-days please contact my at cedarrootslaserco@gmail.com to see if there is a possibility of expediting your order. Expedited fees will apply.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of many of our products, personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is an error made by Cedar Roots Laser Co.

Non-personalized items may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis if they are unused and in original condition. Return requests must be made within [insert number] days of delivery or pickup.
