Cedar Roots Laser Co. offers both shipped items and local pickup only items.
Some products are eligible for shipping through USPS or UPS, while others are marked local pickup only due to size, weight, fragility, or product type.
Please review each product listing carefully before placing your order.
2. Local Pickup Only Items
Certain items are available for local pickup only and are not eligible for shipping. If a product is marked local pickup only, that means shipping is not available for that item.
Pickup details, including location and pickup arrangements, will be provided after your order is placed.
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup within a reasonable timeframe after being notified that their order is ready.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Cedar Roots Laser Co.

- incorrect address information provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Cedar Roots Laser Co. is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the item can be resent.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, Cedar Roots Laser Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to help point you in the right direction.
If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact Cedar Roots Laser Co. within 3 business days with photos of the package and product.
9. Combined Orders
If your order includes both a shippable item and a local pickup only item, your order may need to be adjusted. Cedar Roots Laser Co. may contact you to arrange pickup for the local item or to clarify how the order should be handled.
